Kindly clarify the following: In another article on this site “SEO Web Content Myths That Must Have To Be Demystified,” you suggested that re-published articles are not to be considered as duplicate web content, then why is it that you advise webmasters here to always maintain originality when submitting articles to other sites. Thanks for response.

    • Republishing content is also known as syndicating which press release sites like PRweb practice. The difference between content syndicating and duplicate content is that with syndicating you have to show the source by adding links to where you got the article. Duplicate content is where you pick someone’s article and don’t show the source which is plagiarism.

      Search engines are ok with content syndicating but not duplicate content.
